- Financial Data (Owners): Requested solely for payment transfers. The platform is not liable for errors from incorrect IBAN data.
- Technical Data: IP address and device identifiers, used for platform security.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Booking Facilitation: The platform is a technical intermediary and does not guarantee the quality of services provided by the facility owner.
- Operational & Marketing Notifications: Using the platform constitutes explicit consent to receive such notifications unless manually disabled.
- Platform Security: The platform may ban accounts suspected of using misleading data without any financial or legal liability.
4. Sharing Your Personal Data
Data is shared only in the scope necessary to operate the service:
- Facility Owners: Player data is shared with owners to complete bookings. The platform is not liable for misuse of this data outside the platform.
- Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via licensed external gateways. The platform does not store card data and is not liable for third-party security breaches.
- Legal Disclosure: The platform complies with sharing data with Turkish government authorities upon official request, without prior notice to the user if legally required.
5. Data Storage and Security
Financial records are retained for 10 years according to Turkish law. The platform may retain technical data of banned users to prevent re-registration. No internet system is 100% secure; the platform is not liable for breaches resulting from force majeure or reasonable uncontrollable vulnerabilities.
6. Account Deletion Policy
Upon a deletion request, personal data access will be disabled within a reasonable technical processing period. The platform may retain backup archives of data related to ongoing financial transactions or legal disputes until resolution, to protect its legal rights.

Users may exercise their rights under KVKK through the official channels listed in Section 1. Vamos Sport reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the new policy.
