Welcome to Vamos Sport. By using the app or website, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions.
Vamos is a technical mediation platform connecting players and facility owners (Aracı Hizmet Sağlayıcı). The platform does not own or manage facilities and is not a party to the actual lease contract.
Users must be at least 18 years old, or under parental supervision. The player is responsible for providing accurate data. All bookings made from your account are legally binding.
A 5% service fee is added to the booking value. A down payment (kapora) of 10%–40% (set by the facility owner) is required to confirm a booking. Bookings are only confirmed after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation notice.
Players who complete 3 successful bookings are classified as VIP customers and may pay the minimum down payment (10% only) regardless of the owner's rate, provided they commit to attendance.
Each facility has a defined cancellation deadline. If cancelled before the deadline, the down payment is refunded to the player's platform wallet (minus 10%). If cancelled after the deadline or in case of no-show, the down payment is forfeited entirely and goes to the owner and platform.
The player acknowledges they are physically fit for sports activity and bears full responsibility for their health during play. Vamos is fully exempt from any legal or criminal liability for injuries, accidents, or health emergencies occurring inside facilities. The platform is also not responsible for disputes, theft, or loss of personal property inside facilities.
Players must maintain facility property and uphold sportsmanship. Intentional damage makes the player directly liable to the facility owner legally and financially, and the platform may permanently ban their account.
When participating in a Vamos-organized tournament, the player agrees to follow competition rules, grants the platform the right to use their image/video for marketing, and acknowledges that registration fees are non-refundable after the tournament begins.
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Continued use of the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of any future updates to these terms.
