ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This contract regulates the sale and delivery of the product(s) listed below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically from the website www.vamos-sport.com and the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT(S) INFORMATION

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. Order Confirmation:

The Buyer confirms that they have read the preliminary information on the product’s features, price, and delivery, as stated on the Vamos Sport website, and that they have provided their express approval electronically for the order.

4.2. Delivery:

The products will be delivered to the Buyer’s address by the courier company within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the location of the Buyer. Delivery time may not exceed 30 days under normal circumstances.

4.3. Right of Withdrawal:

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email or any other permanent data storage medium before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Upon withdrawal, the Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

4.4. Non-Acceptance of Right of Withdrawal:

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are:

• Made specifically for the Buyer (customized orders).
• Perishable or that expire quickly.
• Opened after delivery (such as personal care products, swimwear, etc.) where hygiene or health concerns may arise.

4.5. Return Costs:

The cost of returning the product, if the right of withdrawal is exercised, shall be borne by the Seller.

4.6. Payment and Delivery:

Payment may be made via [Insert payment options: credit card, bank transfer, etc.]. The Seller is not responsible for any issues caused by the payment provider or any third-party payment system. If the Buyer fails to make the payment, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the product.

ARTICLE 5 – WARRANTY

The products are covered by a legal warranty in compliance with the provisions of Turkish law, particularly Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer. The Buyer can exercise their warranty rights within 2 years from the date of delivery in the case of defective products, provided the defect is not due to misuse or damage caused by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 6 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any disputes arising from this contract, the Buyer may submit complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the jurisdiction of the Buyer’s or Seller’s residence, as per the limits set by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

ARTICLE 7 – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

7.1. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or strikes.

7.2. Severability:

If any provision of this contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

7.3. Amendments:

Any changes or amendments to this contract must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

This contract has been electronically accepted by the parties.
